Hi Avril hope all good with you 💗 Just had to text you tonight re the overwhelm 😂 Last night I knew I had a hectic day lots to do. I’ve been using the technique although not on a daily basis just when I feel overwhelmed with the day ahead ! Anyway, listed my tasks today split them into short and long and prioritised ‘must do’. I have worked my way through these today with no stress and to my complete amazement completed everything on the sheet ticking them off as I went along to satisfy the brain. Now I even have time for me as I am about to do a meditation 🧘‍♀️ Not had time to check out the website but will add to one of my tasks for another day as would like to catch up with the new content. Just to say loved the workshop. Inspired me to go up the loft and bring down a whiteboard that’s been hiding up there for years! 
Got my post it’s all ready, put them on, cleared a shelf in my office and wandered back in later to admire them and they had fell off 😂. Not one to give in. I found a calendar I hadn’t used this year. Put that up with the post it’s on it and it’s great. Whiteboard has birthdays written on it. What I’ve taken away with, which has really helped me, is to focus. I write notes down everywhere. Where I’m going, what do I need, books I want to read, tv programmes someone suggests .... and on and on !! Giving myself a headache 🤕 
But just 3 things is so much clearer thank you 🙏 😌


Hi Avril I just wanted to say many thanks for the very helpful and enjoyable workshop on Thursday, it was just what I needed! So much of what you and other people said, really resonated with me and it highlighted the areas of my life that I find most challenging and overwhelming. Today I got up and immediately tackled a difficult email to a friend that I had been putting off; it felt good to just get it done, rather than overthinking and procrastinating. That action then enabled me to go on and complete a couple of other tasks, so there was a positive 'snowball effect'. I really appreciated what you said about nature just accepting things as they are and not trying to fight external factors, as human beings tend to do. This afternoon, I had a lovely walk and really noticed the trees, flowers and lakes, so calming and grounding. I have attached a couple of photos of the water gardens, my favourite area. So thank you for helping to 'reset the compass', I appreciate it. Best wishes, Karen
